I know it's been a little chilling in LA lately but this my be over kill Hillary. The movie star was out getting her blonde tresses coifed wearing an oversized scaf, hand bag and killer earings. Only chic gals in North Dakota sport winter wear this heavy.

Don't get me wrong, scarves are about the best accessorie invented. They are posh, keep you warm and are acceptable in more than one season. But three large heavy accessoires can weigh a small person down.
