Tuesday Heather Graham was in New York as a guest on the MTV Alexa Chung Show.
Always a knock out the Hangover star wore a tie-dyed mini dress and knee high boots. Gotta show those gams. However, I think this dress missed the mark. It's all a little dated...reminiscent of her Austin Powers days.
